Mother Nature finds ways to hide her creatures -- here are some from a walk through the refuge on Black Friday. It sure was a nicer way to spend the day than fighting the crowds at the mall!

Great bugs -- love the photo of the American Snout Butterfly the best. Keep those "warm weather" photographs coming to us less fortunate northerners.
Really good eye for these things! Threw 10" of snow off driveway yesterday. First serious snow of season.
